Company description:: May 18, 2004--The Lesbian Chefs Association, launched in 2003, announced that it has expanded to become the Lesbian and Gay Chefs Association (LGCA). “Our community has such a wealth of talent to share,” said Paula Gray co-founder “it made sense to meet the demand of a wider member base”.
Members share technical culinary knowledge and basic kitchen "survival" skills, network, and find mentors. Benefits include access to: the Forums, Newsletter, Membership Directory, Job Board, and Business Resource Directory.
The first West Coast Chefs’ Retreat will be held July 16-18, 2004 in Lake Tahoe, California.
